- Your phone number (Contact and Enrolment forms)
- Your email address
- Any preferences you select (e.g. preferred location, programme of interest)
- Any message or details you choose to include
We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking, and we do not collect information about your child until you are enrolled and complete our in-person registration paperwork.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to:
- Respond to your enquiry or tour request
- Process an enrolment application you've started
- Send newsletter updates, if you've subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party.
Where it's stored
Form submissions on this site are delivered by e-mail via a third-party form-processing service. That service temporarily handles your submission in order to deliver it to us; we do not control their infrastructure, and recommend reviewing their own privacy policy for details on how they handle data in transit.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact either of our locations using the details on our Contact page to make this request.
Children's information
This website's forms are intended for use by parents and guardians, not children. Detailed information about enrolled children is collected separately, in person, as part of our registration process — not through this website.
